Here are some feedback from the shows we attended during the month of May.
As always, it was an opportunity for our customers and prospects to come and discover our new products exclusively. This year Chocolat Mathez focused on “snacking” products by presenting its Truffles Bar collection. A new and trendy concept that responds to a nomadic consumption pattern.
New recipes were also presented with truffles with caramel macchiato and trendy recipes with gluten-free, vegan and palm oil-free.
We participated in two fairs in Europe: the “Tutto Food” in Italy and the” PLMA” in Amsterdam and we finish it with a fair on the Asian continent: the” Thaïfex” in Bangkok: great perspectives for our truffles !!!
