80g wholemeal sugar
150g peanut butter
50ml almond or soy milk
120g of sifted flour
50g pecan nuts or hazelnut
50g crushed MATHEZ Vegan truffles
1 teaspoon of vanilla (powder or liquid)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Start by mixing the sugar and peanut butter. Then add the vegetable milk and vanilla.
Add the sifted flour and yeast to this preparation, using a wooden spoon.
Chop the nuts or hazelnuts into pieces, as well as MATHEZ truffles, and add them to your preparation.
Place the mixture to be cooled in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes. Preheat your oven to 180°C at the end of the cooling period.
Prepare your baking tray with a non-stick paper. Form balls of the same size that you place on your plate and flatten them with a spoon.
Put in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool before eating.
