Prepare your home made ice cream for the summer !
A recipe for 4 people without ice-cream maker – Preparation (5 minutes)
50cl clotted cream
10cl of powdered sugar
10cl icing sugar
200g Chocolat Mathez plain cocoa truffles (about 22 truffles)
Melt 200g Chocolat Mathez truffles in a pan.
Whisk the sugar with the egg yolks in a bowl (keep the whites, you will need them next step). Add the clotted cream and the melted truffles.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites with an egg beater. Add a pinch of salt and icing sugar.
Incorporate the egg whites into the preparation gradually and gently. The mixture must become foamy.
Put the preparation in a suitable pastry mold in the freezer during 3 hours.
Now you can enjoy your ice cream with Chocolat Mathez truffles to cool you all summer long !
