Prepare the marinade by mixing the honey and the melted butter, then add the sugar, the rum and the cardamom.
Prepare the fruit skewers (thin wood skewers of about 15 to 20 cm long would be perfect): put a strawberry, a quarter apple, a banana (thick enough), a piece of pineapple, a slice of kiwi, a strawberry …
Place the skewers in a dish and sprinkle with the marinade at least an hour in advance.
Prepare a delicious chocolate sauce based on Mathez truffles: melt 20 truffles cook in a bain-marie (add milk according to the consistency of your coulis), it’s ready!
Cook the skewers on aluminum foil on barbecue, returning them from time to time. Then enjoy with a little Chocolate Mathez truffle sauce.
